Special solutions for foreigners being present in Poland during COVID-19 referring to their residence and work permits

Pursuant to the Act on special solutions related to the prevention, counteraction and eradication of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them of March 2, 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 374) (amended by the Act of 31 March 2020 amending the Act on special solutions related to the prevention, counteracting and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them, as well as some other acts (Journal of Laws, item 568) entered into force, and the Act of 16 April 2020, which entered into force on 18 April 2020 on special support instruments in connection with the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Journal of Laws, item 695) (in following referred to as Act on COVID-19) special solutions were introduced for Foreigners staying on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
