HR and payroll specialist
Tasks:
- preparing personal documentation in terms of employment, workflow and termination of employment
- preparing of commission contracts and contract work agreements
- registering and calculating of working time
- preparing payrolls and verifying the correctness of calculations
- preparing and verifying HR schemes and HR and payroll statistics
- preparing declarations and corrections in Płatnik system
- preparing tax declarations for tax authorities
- preparing declarations for PFRON
- cooperating with ZUS, PIP, US and GUS
Our expectations:
- practical knowledge of payrolls with minimum of 2 years of experience
- deep knowledge of employment law, and ZUS and PDOF regulations
- very good organizational skills
- fluent English and/or German
- good knowledge of Ms Office and R2płatnik application
- good relations with clients and team
- accuracy, reliability and involvement
