Administrative and immigration law
TAAC Solutions supports clients in free movement of labour management. We focus on administrative proceedings referring to posting employees abroad, posting employees to Poland from abroad, and obtaining work permits. Our flagship projects refer to Switzerland and The Netherlands however we do not limit our services only to these countries.
Employment of foreigners (permits)
- Representing employers in front of a voivode (wojewoda) to be given work permits for foreigners
- Submitting applications for temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit and long-term residence permit EU
- Submitting applications for work permits for the foreign employees in Poland
- Providing information, making statements and explanations, including expression of intention after receiving work permits
- Receiving of administrative decisions
- Representing employers in proceedings concerning annulment, change or renewal of work permits
- Appealing and filing complaints on administrative decisions to administrative authorities of higher instance and to administrative courts
Posting of workers to Poland
• Submitting declarations about posting of workers to Poland
• Informing about change of personal data in declatations
• Representing foreign employers in front of PIP (The National Labour Inspectorate)
• Advising on tax and social issues concerning posting of workers to Poland
